Hello, we're glad you're here! This website was created for the purposes of enhancing communication and compliance, while also lowering expenses. Thank you for your patience as we work toward these goals.
In the interest of lowering costs and improving efficiency, all BHRLOA invoicing is delivered electronically; notices and updates are posted on this website.
Also, the centralized BHRLOA email address (bottom of page), allows easy transfer of history and Member correspondence from a Director to a future Director.

To ensure you stay informed, keep your contact information up to date. Advise the Secretary of any changes in your physical street address and/or email address. Contact the Secretary. A $25.00 Late Fee is imposed on each lot that remains in arrears on March 1, of each year. Review our Collection Policy here.
October 12, 2024 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
The Blue Hills Ranch Landowners Association annual meeting and election of officers is scheduled for October 12th, 2024, at 10 a.m. The meeting location is the Pie Town Community Center located a 6 Beanery Row, Pie Town, New Mexico 87827. Please submit (subject:) 'Agenda Item(s)' or 'Election Question'

Review/examination of documents is available upon receipt of a written request. All written requests for an appointment to examine and review BHRLOA documents must detail the document(s) to be reviewed and mailed to: BHRLOA, HC 65 Box 370, Pie Town, NM 87827.
Unfortunately, email requests do not meet New Mexico compliance requirements and cannot be considered.
